Crystal Sauer, DPT graduated from Florida Southern College in Lakeland, FL, with a Bachelor of Science in 2007 before pursuing advanced training at the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL, where she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

With years of dedicated practice, Crystal has established herself as a compassionate and skilled clinician. She is a Credentialed Clinical Instructor (CCI), mentoring the next generation of physical therapy students while continuously advancing her own expertise. Her professional interests include health coaching, joint replacement rehabilitation, trauma recovery, and geriatric care—areas where she brings both technical knowledge and a patient-first approach to restoring mobility and improving quality of life.

As a Polk County native, Crystal is proud to serve the very community that shaped her. She values building long-term relationships with patients and helping them achieve meaningful recoveries through individualized care.

Outside of the clinic, Crystal enjoys staying active through cycling and treasures time spent with her two boys and their two dogs. Together, they fill her days with energy, adventure, and a strong reminder of the importance of living a healthy, balanced life.
